Win15 Terms and Conditions – General Platform Usage Rules

1 Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Requirements to Create an Account

To register and use win15, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form;
• Not be enrolled in any active betting self-exclusion program;
• Not be an employee of win15, its partner providers, or any affiliated companies;
• Not having had an account previously closed by win15 for a violation of these Terms.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Win15 is legally required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. This verification process — known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — requires you to submit:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), front and back;
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months (utility bill for electricity, water, or gas, bank statement, or a bill showing your address);
• A selfie holding your document, when requested by the verification system.

Verification is completed once and is typically approved within 24 hours. win15 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if there are inconsistencies in the registered data or financial activity that requires further confirmation.

1.3 One account per user

Each individual may hold only one active account at Win15. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, IP address, device, or banking details is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, retention of balances pending review, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities. If you discover you have more than one account by accident, contact support immediately to resolve the situation without penalty.

2 Account Management

2.1 Account Access Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your login and password confidential. Any activity carried out on your account — whether by you or by third parties who have access to your credentials — is your responsibility. Win15 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings, using unique passwords, and exercising caution on shared devices.

2.2 Updating Registration Details

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date on win15. Changes to your address, phone number, or email must be made directly in the account settings. Outdated information may affect transaction notifications, password recovery, and verification processes.

2.3 Simultaneous Sessions and Devices

Win15 allows you to access your account across multiple devices — mobile, tablet, and desktop. Your active session history is available in the account security section. If you spot a session you don't recognize, end it immediately and change your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support right away.

3 Betting & Games

3.1 Sports Betting

Win15 offers pre-match and live Sports Betting on the major Brazilian and international competitions: Brasileirão Série A and Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, as well as volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, e-sports, and other sports. Odds are updated continuously and are subject to change up until the event closes.

3.2 Bet Cancellation and Voiding

Win15 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the following cases:

• Technical error resulting in a clearly incorrect odd (pricing error);
• Suspension or cancellation of the sporting event before the minimum completion required to determine the outcome;
• Evidence of match-fixing in the event wagered on;
• Bets placed using non-public privileged information;
• Violation of any clause of these Terms identified at the time of or after the bet was placed.

If a bet is cancelled by win15, the full staked amount is returned to your account balance.

3.3 Casino Games & Slots

All casino games available on win15 — slots, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, game shows, and crash games — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by internationally recognized independent laboratories, such as eCOGRA and BMM Testlabs. The RTPs (Return to Player) declared by providers are published in the individual rules of each game. Each round is independent and is not influenced by previous results.

3.4 Betting Limits

Each Sports Betting market and casino game has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the interface before any bet or round is confirmed. Users who wish to set custom limits above the standard thresholds may contact win15 support for an individual review after full account verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Available Payment Methods

Win15 accepts exclusively the following payment methods, all of Brazilian origin:

• Pix — instant deposits and withdrawals in up to 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day;
• Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, with 3DS authentication;
• Debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• Boleto bancário — processed within 1 to 2 business days;
• PicPay — instant deposit;
• Mercado Pago — deposit processed within 5 minutes;
• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, and other banks with TED transfer service.

4.2 Same Ownership Rule

Win15 processes withdrawals exclusively to bank accounts and Pix keys registered under the same CPF as the account holder on the platform. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are declined as a matter of security policy and in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits must also be made from an account held under the same name — deposits from a different CPF may be refused and returned to the source.

4.3 Deadlines and limits

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 via Pix or PicPay, and R$ 30.00 via card or boleto. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal limit for verified account holders — large withdrawals may be subject to an additional security review of up to 24 hours. Win15 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals via Pix.

4.4 Bonuses and Withdrawal Restrictions

Balances originating from your own deposits (real money) may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, provided your account is verified. Bonus balances awarded through promotions are subject to the rollover requirements specific to each promotion, as described in clause 5. win15 does not allow withdrawal of the nominal bonus amount before the wagering requirement has been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

Each win15 promotion has specific conditions displayed on the promotion page before redemption. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, are:

• Each bonus may be redeemed only once per user, CPF, address, device, or household;
• The standard rollover requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount;
• The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, or the bonus balance will expire automatically;
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 do not count toward rollover completion;
• In slots, all bets count toward the rollover; in Live Casino games, contribution may be partial as indicated in the promotion;
• Win15 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any suspicion of promotional abuse or the creation of multiple accounts to exploit offers.

5.2 Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of win15 promotions are credited to the slots specified by the promotion and are valid for 7 days after being credited. Winnings from free spins are converted into bonus balance and are subject to the rollover requirement of the corresponding promotion.

5.3 Promotion Changes and Cancellations

Win15 may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible. Bonuses already credited to a user's account will not be removed due to a promotion ending, provided the terms of use have already been met or are being met within the deadline.

6 Responsible Gaming

6.1 Available Control Tools

Win15 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all users, accessible directly in the account settings:

• Deposit limit — set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Active immediately after configuration;
• Voluntary break — periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which the account is inaccessible for betting and deposits;
• Temporary self-exclusion — from 1 to 12 months, with the option to extend;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure, with no possibility of reversal.

6.2 Absolute prohibition for minors

Access to and use of Win15 is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age. The platform uses identity verification to enforce this requirement. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately closed and the balance held until the legal guardian is identified.

7 Security & Privacy

7.1 Personal data protection

Win15 collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively for service delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. win15 does not sell personal data to third parties. 7.2 Transaction security

7.3 Two-Factor Authentication

Win15 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) to all users. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA in your account security settings. With 2FA active, logging in requires a one-time code sent to your phone in addition to your password, making unauthorized access virtually impossible even if your password is compromised.

8 User Conduct

8.1 Prohibited Conduct

By using win15, you commit to refraining from any of the following behaviors:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent of accumulating bonuses or circumventing platform limits;
• Using external automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that automates bets or interactions with games;
• Intentionally attempting to exploit bugs, technical flaws, or odds pricing errors;
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account;
• Place bets based on privileged information not available to the general public;
• Using Win15 for money laundering or any illegal activity;
• Harass, threaten, or offend other users or members of the support team.

8.2 Consequences of Violations

The identification of any of the behaviors listed above may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure, balance retention for analysis and investigation, reporting to the relevant authorities when required by law, and a ban on re-registering with win15.

9 Account Closure

9.1 Account Closure by the User

You can request the closure of your win15 account at any time, free of charge, through customer support or the permanent self-exclusion settings available in your account. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals are processed and the available balance (excluding any uncleared bonus balance) is returned to the account holder via Pix.

9.2 Closure by win15

Win15 may close or suspend an account in the following cases: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, inability to verify identity after a formal request, court order or regulatory authority requirement, or extended inactivity with no account balance. In cases of closure for security policy reasons, any balance verified as legitimate will be returned to the account holder upon completion of the review.

10 Changes to These Terms

Win15 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via your registered email and/or a platform notification at least 7 calendar days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the new conditions come into force constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new conditions, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.

Disputes not resolved internally may be submitted to the relevant regulatory authorities or to the Brazilian judiciary, with the courts of São Paulo elected as the venue for resolving any litigation.

11.3 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, including the Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the online entertainment and betting sector in Brazil.
